About me
In 2021 I decided to quit my job, sell my house and car to set off on an epic journey. I wanted something very challenging that’s not going to end in a few weeks. So with no cycling or winter camping experience I set off to cycle from Alaska to Argentina.
Along the way I encountered bears, wolves and lynx. I had a stand off with a moose in the middle of nowhere, had to tackle sub zero temps down to – 42c or 40 below, and weeks of rain. Endless days of pushing the bike up hills and sometimes even down hill due to ice. Although extremely challenging, it’s all worth it when the tents up, stoves going , seeing amazing views all after a hard day.
Meeting kind people who gave me food, let me shower and even gave me a bed for the night. If you were one of theses amazing people that helped me thank you.
